- A compact and simplified system:
The VRS has been created in such a way that it integrates into your work environment in the simplest and least obtrusive way. In addition, the simplicity of the controls allows for better durability of the components.
- An integrated emptying station:
This emptying station has been integrated to avoid on the one hand an additional investment, and on the other hand an additional invasion of the work space.
VRS DESCRIPTION
● Front panel:
○ Vacuum chamber (CAV) with a watertight door (PE)
○ Depression pressure gauge graduated in Bar (M)
○ Cartridge emptying station (SV) equipped with a reversible seal depending on the
cartridge to process
○ “On/Off” (M/A) push button for the pump
○ 2-position “drain/re-prime” switch (V/R) for the pump
○ Repriming hose (DR)
● Rear side:
○ Power supply socket (PAE)
● Right side:
○ Used ink recovery jar (BEU) connected to this side by 2 hoses
○ 2-position “Chamber/Drain” control (CCV)
● Left side:
○ Label with serial number
● Above:
○ 1 20 ml syringe with 3-way valve for filling in black (SN + VN)
○ 3 x 10 ml syringes with 3-way valve for color filling (3 x SC + 3 x VC)
(the syringes are mounted on a device facilitating their rapid disassembly in the event of replacement)
○ Cartridge lock control rod on drain station (CV)
○ 4 hose outlets each equipped with a metal plunger filter to connect the bottles
new inks (4 x DAE)

The 3-way valves (VB and 3 x VC) have 2 positions that concern us, “loading” (connected to
a new ink bottle) and “fill” (connected to the filling chamber)

○ This user manual
○ A power cable with electrical transformer
○ A hose in repriming/unblocking mode
○ A starter kit containing 1 bottle of ink per color (i.e. 4 bottles) + 1 set of clips
for cartridges once filled + 1 bottle of cleaning fluid
○ A scale to check the empty and full weight of cartridges
○ An ultra sound cleaning tank
○ A 1.5 mm diameter metal drill bit to drill the cartridges if necessary
